Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to create a strong first impression on buyers before they walk into your house. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their first opinion of your house and how you keep up your house's regular maintenance. Knowing this assists us in deciding what steps we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't attractive on the outside with touched up paint and bright greenery we'll need to address those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your home's final selling price.

"Welcome to your new home!"
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your Next House" to a buyer? Walking-through your property with a critical eye, we'll advise you of changes that improve sales appeal. We'll tell you put out of sight anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Tabletops should be clutter-free. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' artwork should get moved out of sight. We can help you simplify the decor of house. Ugly or busy spaces make your home seem smaller and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves calling your property "home".
Every room gets a once-over. We'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively influence the sale.
Potential buyers like to see a house that seems comfortable. Anything that could be "loud" should be put away in order for your home to impress buyers at the open house.

Setting the Stage During your Open House, we want to capture buyers' attention. Brightening up your interior is of major importance, so we'll do things like draw back curtains and change light bulbs where needed to invite the buyer inside. Together we'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing lightly and ensure a pleasing aroma circulates throughout your house. We'll make use of cozy-looking throws, and throw pillows on your love seat and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current home has the potential to be. |
