Dan Cirigliano, Principal Broker, joined the Pacific Properties team May 2022.

Dan discovered Bandon and the magnificent Southern Oregon Coast 33 years ago. The pristine, undeveloped natural beauty that he experienced then still exists today. Relocating from San Diego California, Dan made a career change from boat building/repair to finish carpentry and construction. In 1986 he obtained his real estate license. He has owned and operated his own Real Estate firm along with mentoring agents over the years. Community involvement has always been an important aspect of his career. He spent 5 years on the Bandon Chamber Board and participated and was involved with various committees appointing Planning Commissioners and Police Chiefs.

Dan's business philosophy and success are simply a commitment to provide clients with a complete distinction of service in all aspects of real estate. Real estate is an ever-changing entity with the technology and access to information available to the consumer. With the consumer orientated world, Real Estate has evolved to be a service commitment. Dan offers 30 years of knowledge and experience with real estate on the Southern Oregon Coast. Over this time, he has participated and watched Bandon and the surrounding area change while still retaining the appealing coastal attractiveness.
