Randy Hoffine - Owner/Realtor
Randy Hoffine began his real estate career in 2004 with Pacific Properties, a company founded in 1989 by Jerry Worthen. Jerry and his wife, Francine, ran the business with integrity and a deep commitment to service, values that greatly influenced Randy when he took over the brokerage in 2013.
In late 2015, Randy relocated the office, attracting several new agents to the team. By 2016, Pacific Properties had become the #1 real estate sales business on the Southern Oregon Coast—a position it continues to hold. Under Randy’s leadership, the company expanded to four locations in Coos County and grew to 50 agents. In 2017, property management was added to the company’s services, further strengthening its presence in the community. In 2024, Randy led an effort to unify the company culture by consolidating nearby offices, bringing agents together under one roof. Today, with offices in Coos Bay, Coquille, and Bandon, Pacific Properties is poised for a bright future.
Beyond real estate, Randy is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Kelly, have ten children, and their family life revolves around their farm, where they enjoy the great outdoors. While he loves backpacking, opportunities to hit the trails are rare—though he has completed the Wonderland Trail around Mt. Rainier and the Rogue River Wilderness Trail with some of his sons.
Randy is also deeply committed to education and community service. He helped start Generation of Hope Homeschool Resource Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting homeschooling families, and he continues to serve on its board.
With a passion for both real estate and enriching the local community, Randy remains committed to leading Pacific Properties with integrity, professionalism, and a personal touch.
