Lorri Malloy, Broker, became part of the Pacific Properties Team in December 2023.

As a second generation Realtor®, Lorri Malloy has over 40 years of success in the fields of real estate and investments. Representing both buyers and sellers, Lorri comes to Pacific Properties after a rewarding real estate career in Orange County, California.

Lorri enjoys the diversity of working in each community and loves to go the extra mile in exceeding her client’s expectations. Lorri’s professionalism and commitment to her clients are evident by her consistent attention to detail and enthusiasm to help. Clients can always reach her easily and are assured of a quick, helpful response.

Prior to real estate, Lorri earned a postgraduate degree from University of California at Irvine, a BS degree from the University of Southern California and an AA from Orange Coast College. A true advocate of continued education, Lorri believes knowledge is power and diversified experiences are vital for a life well-lived. Her memberships and designations have included National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, Pacific West Association of REALTORS®, Oregon REALTORS®, Regional Multiple Listing Service, Certified Homes Luxury Marketing Specialist™ and Million Dollar GUILD™.

Lorri and her husband fell in love with Coastal Oregon during a vacation driving throughout Oregon, and decided to move to Bandon in 2018. Together, they have three grown children and one new granddaughter. Lorri is passionate about the ocean, spending time with her family, volunteering in her community and donating her love to the Sunshine Kids Foundation, a non-profit foundation for children with cancer.
