Muriel Manka - REALTOR ®

Muriel Manka, Broker, joined the Pacific Properties Team in April 2026.

Raised along the Northern California coast just south of the Oregon border, Muriel developed a deep appreciation for coastal living and the outdoors from an early age. She earned her degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University in 2017, bringing a strong analytical and problem-solving background to her work.

Since 2019, Muriel has built a diverse career as an engineer and project manager, working for various governmental agencies, private companies, and nonprofit organizations. Through these roles, she developed valuable skills in coordinating complex projects, managing timelines, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders—skills she now brings into her real estate practice.

Muriel’s interest in real estate grew after purchasing a home with her partner in Coos Bay in 2024, where she gained firsthand appreciation for the process and the vital role a knowledgeable realtor plays in guiding clients through each step. With a lifelong exposure to construction through her father’s work and hands-on experience helping him over the years, she genuinely enjoys exploring homes and seeing the unique character and details each one has to offer.

Passionate about helping others, Muriel is dedicated to supporting her clients in finding the right home or achieving a successful sale. Outside of real estate, she enjoys backpacking, hiking, surfing, gardening, baking, and crafting—embracing the coastal lifestyle she loves.

Muriel is excited to begin her real estate journey alongside her partner, Parker Jensen, as part of the Pacific Properties Team, and looks forward to helping clients navigate the Coos County market with care and confidence.
