Catherine “Cathy” Reiss is a dedicated Oregon Coast REALTOR® with Pacific Properties and former owner of Ringo’s Lakeside Marina in Lakeside, Oregon, which she proudly owned and operated from 2009 to 2022. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from San Jose State University and years of hands-on experience living and working on Tenmile Lake, Cathy brings both professional expertise and authentic local knowledge to every client relationship.

After moving to Oregon with her family in 2009, Cathy fell in love with the beauty, lifestyle, and close-knit community of the South Coast. As a former marina owner and lakefront property specialist, she understands the unique lifestyle that comes with waterfront living, boating communities, and coastal real estate. Her firsthand knowledge of Tenmile Lakes and surrounding areas allows her to guide buyers and sellers with confidence, honesty, and personalized care.

Known for her warm personality, strong work ethic, and commitment to her clients, Cathy is passionate about helping people find not just a house, but a place to truly call home. Whether assisting families relocating to the Oregon Coast, helping clients purchase vacation properties, or navigating lakefront real estate opportunities, she takes pride in building lasting relationships and making every transaction a positive experience.

Outside of real estate, Cathy enjoys hiking, exploring the Oregon Coast, reading, and giving back to the community through local volunteer work and organizations.
