Demi Schmidt, Joined Pacific Properties October of 2020

Ever since Demi was a little girl, her parents would take her and her siblings on vacation to the southern Oregon coast for summer vacations. In 2016, after her parents bought a cranberry farm south of Bandon, she and her family moved to the area permanently – and she thrived! Demi graduated as valedictorian in her high school class, next moving on to Southwestern Oregon Community College in Coos Bay, earning both her Honors AA and AS degrees. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Oregon State, Demi moved back to the Oregon coast and joined the PacPro team… and is here to stay!

Demi splits her time between the Bandon and North Bend offices as an admin and property management assistant, so you’re likely to spot her! She is also our realtor Pam Schmidt’s daughter, and both are eager to help you on the path to a new home.
