Mary Trice, Broker, joined the Pacific Properties Team in September 2024 and officially as a Broker in June 2026.

Mary is proud to call Coos Bay home, a place that first captured her heart during childhood visits to family on the Oregon coast. After spending many years raising her family in Virginia, she returned to the community that had always felt like home.

A mom of five, Mary understands the importance of connection, trust, and finding a place where people truly feel at home. Building relationships has always been at the center of who she is, and helping others navigate important life transitions is one of her greatest joys.

Now, as a Real Estate Broker with Pacific Properties and a proud member of the Hoffine Team, Mary is excited to combine her passion for people with her enthusiasm for real estate.
